Do you work with brands anywhere in the world?
Yes, anywhere in the world, company or independent seller. Everything we do is online: your Klaviyo account, your online store, your emails. We work remotely from London by email, around your working hours.
Can you write and build emails in Arabic?
Yes. We write Arabic ourselves – no translation tools. We write flows and campaigns in Arabic, French and English, build them right-to-left where needed, and test them in the main email apps before anything goes out.
How do payment and prices work for international clients?
Prices are in British pounds, invoiced from the UK and paid by bank transfer, with no UK VAT added. Prices exclude any local tax your company must account for itself. Where your country applies a withholding tax on services bought from abroad, we agree how it is handled in the quote, so there are no surprises. The quote is fixed before any work starts, and we provide the paperwork your accountant needs.
Can you plan campaigns around our local calendar?
Yes. Your calendar drives the plan: religious seasons, national days, sale weekends and your own launches. We plan the months ahead with you and prepare the emails early, so the busy weeks run calmly.
